The casement windows like in all our windows, the extruded aluminum is baked to 13 degree of hardness to achieve the stenght necessary for windows production. In these windows, muntin are individually screwed onto the frame for added security, strength and durability. Stainless steel friction hinges are used as the operating mechanism for this specific type of windows. And for even more durability against sea blast, stainless steel screw are used to secure the hinges. As added safety against burglary, we have incorporated locks into the handles of these caulk is used to adhere the glass to the frame, and then aluminum glazing beads are used to secure the glass into the frame. All of this helps to make the windows more weather resistant.
